a new skirt

I made a jersey knit skirt for myself with some tulle underneath for a feminine touch (which i will post pictures of later). And I had a little scrap left over that made a cute skirt for Sterling. And I finally got to use this cute ribbon I've had for quite a while, but wasn't sure what to use it for.
