Train up a child

Sometimes it is so hard to teach little ones how to want to serve others. I mean, it is the natural human response to think about yourself first. But we try to express this as much as we can, in many situations at least weekly. My heart is to teach them to be happy helpers. To want to serve and help out because it makes life easier if we all work as a team in our house. This is a pretty big priority for us. Let's face it, if I don't teach them then who will? The bible says to train up a child. Training is not easy, but it is necessary so that they will grow up to be lovely human beings. I'm so grateful when they are totally willing to help and do their part.
